Since I'm a side sleeper it works really well for comfortable positioning. A bit firm, but may soften over time. Tempurpedic is a product you can count on. We've had our mattress for 17 years and still love it.

I thought this would help fix our neck strain and pain from all different pillows my husband and I have tried, but unfortunately it did not help and we are still getting neck pains each morning. We are very bummed and had high standard for tempur pedic pillow.

I purchased one of these 10 years ago. It has stood the test of time and after washing the outer case, like new. I recently purchased a second one. The quality is excellent, slightly less dense that the previous version. Beautiful workmanship and luxurious comfort. Firm but the right amount of support. I am a side sleeper and can use this singularly under my head or also one under head and one alongside me body pillow style. Perfect width/depth for cushioning knees.

More Firm than I was expecting

My husband and I used a generic memory foam pillow and decided to upgrade. After looking around we landed on symphony pillow. This is our first time experiencing tempur pedic outside of spending one night on a friends mattress. The pillow is described as "soft" per the website so I thought it would be the best fit for us. After 2 weeks of sleeping on the pillow I went back to my old generic memory foam one. This pillow is slightly too firm for me personally. It was hard for me to get comfortable. The pillow is severely overpriced in my opinion. Tempur pedic is very clear on their return policies but I wish I could go back in time and not waste the money on a "premium" brand. I took a star away for price and another star away for being more firm (even though it is one of their softer pillows).

Bought these to replaced the ones that we had and these are not the same as the old ones. They are just way too soft and no real support compared to the old ones. After one night of use my neck was super sore and has been for a week. I recommend looking for another brand or buying these at a store that you can return as the website will not let you return them.

I purchased the symphony pillows as they were recommended to me for my chronic neck pain. I used them for more than 30 days each night, as directed, and contacted customer service because my neck pain increased. They said no returns and there is nothing they could do as their return period only applies to their mattress. I'd hate to have someone else suffer the same pains and spend their money on something that doesn't help.

I was very disappointed in this pillow. Not worth the price. They are very small and do not have the same quality and comfort as my other tempurpedic pillows. I am just using them on a spare bed that no one uses.
