I have an older version of this pillow & loved it, after having it 5 years I thought I'd buy a new one. Big mistake! My pillow is 3 years old now & for the last year or more it has no support, flattens out to about a half inch & can't get comfortable at all, being a side sleeper there is no support at all , I have to put my hand under my neck for support & I have neck issues so I wake in pain every morning. The memory foam is super soft & just caves in. I started using my old pillow again which still has more support than the new one. They charge ridiculous prices for these & skimp on quality. We have a mattress also that I'm not impressed with & forget their so called warranty. They find ways to get around that. Won't be buying another!

Purchased the Symphony pillow with HIGH hopes. Didn't help my neck pain and caused a headache. I'm saddened! Was really hopeful that I'd found the right pillow for me:( My search continues!

Out of the six pillows purchased from Tempurpedic this year the Symphony Pillow is by far the worst! I can't imagine whom this was made for as it's the most uncomfortable pillow I've tried from Tempurpedic.

I'm a high back sleeper but this pillow is waaay too high for me. Tried different angels, sides and positions and still not working for me. Unfortunately it was not returnable and a waste of money for me.

I have chronic neck and back pain. This pillow seemed promising but the first week I had it, it just would go flat when laying on it. Therefore leaving me in pain still. We stopped using and are pretty disappointed in the price we paid for two of these pillows

This is the hardest, most uncomfortable pillow I've ever experienced. It is unyielding, no matter which side is used or the position of the head. My Tempurpedic mattress, although old, is still a joy. This pillow is a disappointment.
