It is described as Soft, which I took to mean how much the pillow gives in and adjusts to my body. This would not appear to be the case. After two weeks I ordered a different pillow with softer qualities. It's a solid product and not for me.

I no longer suffer from neck pain since purchasing the Symphony Pillow. I had previously purchased two Symphony pillows and recently purchased two more. The downside is impossible to sleep on any other pillow after the Symphony.

It's a great pillow, but only if you're looking for a (semi)firm one. I was a very happy owner of a soft Tempur pillow for five years previously and wanted to purchase a new one. I felt misguided by the description of Soft Feel on the product page of this particular pillow. Having said that I realize buying a pillow is a very personal matter and everybody understands firm and soft slightly differently.

Instead of relieving pressure, I find this pillow puts too much pressure on my neck. It is too thick and bulky. I like the shape and the idea of what it should do, but I have quit using it because it makes me sore. I don't recommend it if you are a 5'5" and 125lbs.

I recently purchased two Symphony pillows as replacements for Symphony's I purchased 8 years ago. My old pillows still had loft but were starting to pack and get hard. I have to say the newer Symphony does not come close to the previous version. They are super soft, not as high and pack to almost flat throughout the night. I am now back on my old pillows and the new and very costly ones are in the closet. What a disappointment!
