I've been researching and shopping for new bedroom pillows. I viewed all across the field, various prices and options. I chose to shop here online and purchased two Symphony model pillows. Omg, last night was a different sleep cycle, very comfortable, deep sleep. These pillows rock! My wife is having me order another one, for our spare bedroom. Thank you! Mark/Cape Cod, MA

My head can't stay on/in the pillow. After a few mins, I feel myself slip downward and there is nothing to support my neck. Neither side of the pillow could support it. And the agent from customer service is very tough.

I had the Symphony pillow for years and finally ordered a new one. This one is half the size of my last one and definitely not the same quality. Very disappointed since my last one was so great.

Mine lasted 10 years before I needed a new one because it had sunk in the middle. I use the flat side as a side sleeper and I love how my shoulder tucks under the pillow. It supported my head for 10 years, double the warranty time! That's quality. Luckily I had a second one to switch to or I would be buying a new one right now. Love these!

This is replacing a very old tempurpedic pillow and there's nothing wrong with it. But there is no comparison to the old pillow, I will learn the lesson to not purchase on the internet and not be able to return.

I very much liked it at first. I appreciated that every flip and turn of the pillow created a differently contoured surface to lay down on. Even after determining my favorite arrangement, though, I soon found after a few nights that the pillow bothered my neck because it was just too high for me. I ended up having to find a "low" pillow elsewhere from a company that offers height variations (at the time of this review, Tempurpedic only offers one version of the Symphony pillow).

This pillow is too firm. It is just ok for sleeping on your back but is not good for sleeping on your side. Makes a large hard lump if you put your arm under it while on your side. It also gets hot. My wife used hers three nights and gave up on it. I have it three stars because it seems to be made well and someone my like how hard it is. I would not recommend this pillow or buy it again.
