I bought this pillow to replace another Tempur-Pedic Symphony I had bought a few years ago. I bought it because I was replacing my mattress and thought I should replace the pillow at the same time. I have been a Tempur-Pedic user since 2000. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Hard to describe how comfortable this pillow is. I bought 3 and sent my old ones to a dog rescue group. I ordered one to send to parents house so I can use when I visit! The thickness and firmness is perfect for neck alignment whether sleeping on back, side, or stomach. No longer need to fold over or sleep on my arm to give it the right thickness. The first one I bought is now about 5 years old and still in perfect condition- it does not flatten with use like other "memory foam" pillow. With the right pillowcase, it stays cool all night. I seriously believe that a comfortable pillow and mattress can change your life- wish I had this pillow a long time ago.

Comfortable pillow, different from previous

I bought a pair of these pillows to update/replace our old tempurpedic pillows. That have the same shape as what we were replacing, but the foam seams less dense. I remember our old pillows being more dense and stiff when we bought them, needing some break-in time. They were great and we loved them. The new ones don't need any break-in, they are definitely less dense, which is ok, but not as form fitting and supportive. They are ok, but feels like we need a second pillow underneath because of how deeply we sink into the new, lighter foam. I feel like the old ones were better but these are fine.

I purchased a pillow like this from Tempur-pedic several years ago~ that I loved. I thought this was the same pillow, so, I ordered two so I had a spare. Not at all like my first pillow, this one doesn't stay firm, which I need. Very disappointed

I have had many symphony pillows over the years and I just purchased 2 more about a month ago. The new ones seem very lightweight and thinner than the current ones I have. The company assures me that they are the same but they are significantly different than my others. The Company wants me to jump through hoops with pictures, receipts and a long letter telling my side of the story. It's inconvenient and unreasonable to do all of that and of course there are no returns. I won't be buying these again.
