[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with finding a pillow that I can get any sleep with at night. I've had just about every orthopedic pillow imaginable. I bought this pillow as a last ditch effort because I'm facing neck and shoulder surgery (again). I haven't been sleeping on this pillow long enough to give a real tried and true review but I do know that I wake up far less often during the night with it. Perhaps I can delay surgery if the improvement continues.

I have had to go to the doctor and chiropractor in order to fix my next. But if you like a super firm pillow then you will probably like this pillow.
