I have used the Tempur-Pedic neck pillow for years. I was looking for a new pillow for my husband who has aa back back. Decided to order two Symphony pillows. I wasn't sure that this pillow would give me amount of neck support that I like, but it is great! I am a restless sleeper, back, side, stomach. This pillow works for every position! Bythe way, my husband love it too!

This is far more than comfortable. My husband sleep like a vampire (or snow white？) this provide better support to both his neck and back. He's back pain went away the second day with this new pillow.

This is my second set of this pillow. I tried to just do a big box store pillow and I just couldn't stand the sounds in my ear and the lack of pillow even in the firmest! Cannot sleep without my tem-purpedic pillow. Love, love, love it!!

Overall I absolutely love this pillow. My only complaint is it is a little small compared to most pillows so the pillow case just falls off. If it was a couple inches longer, an inch or two wider and an inch or two thicker it would get 5 stars instead of 4.
