Big difference from older version

I left my beloved symphony pillow in a hotel room by accident and couldn't get it back. I had that pillow for at least 10 years still going strong. Supportive, comfy, etc. I bought this symphony thinking "oh it's the same pillow"...not so IMO. This pillow is definitely different. It's not as dense, my head sinks right down through it, offers no support like the old version. What gives? There's also a weight difference. My old pillow felt like I was carrying around a small puppy. This feels super light. Just very disappointed. Wish Tempurpedic would make the pillow with whatever foam they used previously.

Poor redesign of what was the perfect pillow

I bought these in September 2020 to replace my previous version that was over 12 years old. Even at that age, the old ones were performing fine, we just figured it was time to get something that didn't have 12 years worth of use. Big mistake. The new version is smaller in all dimensions, and not nearly as supportive. I've been sleeping on this for more than a month, trying to make it work, but I am snoring more, and have neck pain in the mornings. Very disappointed in the changes they've made.

It's impossible to fall asleep with this pillow. There is no support to the neck at all, which creates tension to my shoulders. I am a normal size back sleeper, and I couldn't imagine a pillow can fail a back sleeper that much. I've tried both sides and none of them worked. Now it's a piece of junk collecting dust in my house.

I have bought this pillow since it first came out. It used to be a heavy, firm pillow. It is now soft, lightweight foam that does not hold my head up. It sinks to about an inch thick while laying on it. I'm a side sleeper with broad shoulders. Whatever you did to change this was a mistake. It was a wonderful pillow. I've been told by Tempur Pedic that they don't offer another that is as firm as this used to be. This has literally ruined my life.

These pillows basically flatten once your head is on them, leaving no support. As someone with neck problems, I was really hopeful this pillow would've helped ease some of my neck pain especially for the price I paid, but it doesn't. Now we're stuck with 2 $100 pillows that we don't use to sleep on because they aren't comfortable.
