First of all, let me start with the good. The pillows were well constructed and seemed high quality as I would expect. However, they are much firmer than I would have been led to believe. Also, the contours on either side of the pillow seemed interesting (and are what made me interested in this in the first place) but ended up being very awkward to use in practice. I just wasn't sure how to position the pillow to take advantage of them. It sounds stupid, but some instructional 'pictures' of recommended positioning against the head and neck would have been appreciated. I'll be going make to my standard 'original style' Tempur-Pedic pillows even though they are getting quite old now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is truly wonderful to sleep on, with it's steep side and shallow side. It's great for almost all positions! That being said, it is on the small side and it would make a difference for it to be slightly thicker when I want to sleep on my side on it. But overall, I love the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second round of purchasing the Symphony Pillow. They offer the best balance of soft and firm as well as long lasting life span. The ones I had previously lasted 7-8 years (I probably stretched them farther than I should have).
