too hard, too much resistance for comfortable sleep

the pillow has too much resistance and pushes my head back - did not provide good experience for a comfortable sleep. Maybe it will be better for a bigger size person. I am 5/9 height 180 pounds. Got the same pillow by accident - now stuck with two I cannot return. This one is NOT for me.

My ferret's been constantly scratching it and trying to get in the pillow but so far I don't see any damage to the external casing! 10/10 would recommend.

While the idea of a pillow being used for dual purposes, one side for back sleepers and one for side sleepers, is good I didn't find the pillow very comfortable. I just could get comfortable and woke up with a neck ache. I actually went back to my old pillow.

We recently bought two Tempurpedic "curved sided" pillows and have found that they are significantly better than the pillows that we had been using. The combination of the TempurPedic mattress and pillows is excellent. We wish we had bough the pillows much sooner.
