[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Symphony Pillows, to receive more support for my neck and upper shoulders. The pillow is heavy, which gives more support for my needs. The memory foam material is quite adaptive, and does not remain sunken in after use. Would like it if they remained cooler. Compliments the ProAdapt Firm mattress and Ergo Base, which I'm still adjusting to.

No more neck pain!

It also takes less time to be comfortable so I'm falling asleep and staying asleep better. Totally worth the price, if it were more affordable I'd give them as Christmas gifts!

I had no idea this pillow would be so hard. My wife lasted one night with it. After a week, I realized that pillows are not returnable. Apparently I read something wrong in the fine print. Lesson learned.
