[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought ours first bed and pillow in 2002 and then 2010 and now just a pillow a few weeks ago. I had high hopes but it doesn't come close to the pillow I bought 10 years ago and I am disappointed. it's still good but would I buy another one ..?? probably not. It is lighter than my old one and collapses much easier leaving my head unsupported. My favorite item still from 2002 I wish they bring back the old standard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
