I bought this pillow several years ago and just recently got one for my cousin who was having problems with numbness in her hands and arms. The reason I got it for her was because those were the same symptoms I had been having, and this pillow solved my problem completely. She has just told me her numbness is already much better, and she's only had the pillow for a few short weeks. I think the problem was coming from a pinched nerve in my neck, but the pillow gives me just the right support so blood flow is restored. My doctor wanted to do surgery! I'm SO glad I decided to try the Tempur-Pedic Symphony pillow first.

Not our ideal pillow

I bought this pillow for a Christmas present for our daughter. The pillow was nice at first. We noticed it was heavy and not as comfortable as we thought it would be. We may need to try one of the pillows listed as soft.

Doesn't Replace the Tempur pedic Classic

When I went to the store to replace my Tempur pedic Classic pillow I discovered it had been discontinued. To the recommendation of a sales person I bought the Symphony. I sleep on both my side and back, however, when I roll over in the night I am not going to wake up enough to flip the pillow over, and if you are laying on the wrong side it is not comfortable. The Classic was good for either sleep position without flipping it. I have a bulging disc in my neck and so proper support is important. The Symphony does an ok job supporting my neck unless I stay in the same position over a couple of hours. Then it smashes down too much and I have to readjust. The Classic was firmer around the edges which supported my neck all night and my head rested in the less firm center. Tempur pedic needs to bring back the Classic pillow!
