Never Have I Experienced A More Uncomfortable Pillow

Initially I was concerned about the small size of the pillow.. A third of my pillowcase was empty. The big shock was how uncomfortable this pillow is. Uncommonly hard with very little give. Pillow actually gave me a headache. Just a small, flat, dense pillow that robs you of a good night sleep. The only thing worse than this pillow is the fact that Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns on pillows. I am stuck with these things and out of over $100.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've struggled with neck pain for years. This pillow made a huge difference for the better! I have much, much less pain after sleeping on it for just a week. I did not have the same result with the Tempur-pedic neck pillow, but I imagine that does help some people. For me, the symphony is a must. Very grateful.

I've had the neck pillow for years. I just ordered a new one for myself and got this symphony pillow for my husband. Now I think I'm going to be fighting my husband for this one every night! We are both side and back sleepers and I debated between getting another neck pillow or this one for myself and and I wish I would have gotten us both one of these. The neck pillow is great and definitely supportive, but this one provides the support while being more cozy and comfortable.

My husband and I just bought our second round of Tempur-Pedic pillows. We loved the first set and hated to throw them out but after 10 years or so we thought it was time for an update. We have had the Symphony for a couple of months and we have both been very disappointed. The pillows are much smaller than the original ones we owned. I have tried many smaller or standard sized pillow cases and they are all to big. It makes the bed look sloppy and the case slides all over during sleep. We also agree that they are uncomfortable because they are to small. Way to much money for a pillow that is uncomfortable and looks deflated in the case on the bed.

I bought the symphony pillow on May 24th and received it on the 28th. It has been three months and the pillows have already gone flat. My sister ordered hers in the exact same day and hers have gone completely flat as well. Tempurpedic changed their contract ruction of the pillow, and it is very disappointing. My parents have had the old symphony pillow for over 5 years and it feels the same as it did when I laid on it two years ago. The pillow I ordered is NOT made the same. I double checked the tags on both of my parents pillows before I ordered mine. My sister and I ordered the exact same pillow that my parents have, but they are NOT the same quality. It is very disappointing and the "BOGO (buy one get one)" deal that I got was not worth the price since both pillows have gone flat. I hope Tempurpedic goes back to making their pillows the way they used to, because they are not making lasting pillows anymore. I was really looking forward to buying and receiving my pillows and I was so disappointed.
