My husband (then boyfriend) bought these pillows for me almost 10 years ago because I always complained of soft pillows and neck pain. I loved them and even take one on vacations with me. They finally needed to be replaced. I bought 2 expensive pillows from sleep number. They were AWFUL. Went back and ordered these beauties again! My back and neck feel so much better. I am a side and back sleeper with broad shoulders. I am seriously considering buying more to keep in case these are ever discontinued!

I bought two Symphony pillows about three months ago and rotate between the two every few weeks. At first I loved them! It supported my neck and I was finally getting a great night sleep without waking up with a headache! I've noticed that both pillows have already lost the firmness already. I flip them over so that one area doesn't get overused but it's still the same. For the quality I expected, I'm disappointed that they didn't stay firm for more than a few months.

Received the Pillow, IT DOES NOT & HAS NOT Held it's shape at all. It feels exactly like the 10 year old pillow I was replacing from Tempurpedic. It should feel like a new pillow it does not. It should be soft and comfortable like the pillow that came with the Mattress 10 years ago. It is the same model but is either made cheaper or they sent me an OLD OR USED (Returned) PILLOW. When i use this pillow that i just bought a couple months ago, it feels like my head is resting on the bed. I SHOULD of spent the money for one of the nicer pillows.

What have you done, Tempurpedic? I've been buying the symphony pillow for years and have loved it in the past. This recent one is different - much lighter, smaller and softer. It doesn't work for me. Not supportive enough for my head and neck. So disappointing. I gave it to my husband and he's okay with it. Unless you improve these you have lost a long time customer.

I wanted to love this. I am still struggling to find a good pillow from Tempurpedic that can deliver like their older line (beige cover). This is the second pillow I have tried in the past year and it is disappointing. Too rigid, yet all not supportive somehow.

This pillow is too small and not high enough for side sleeping. I was replacing my 10 year old pillow and wanted the same one, since the original was perfect. Not sure why design changes were made, but now I am stuck with an expensive, useless pillow.
