Great pillow neck pain gone!

This is a quality pillow! I suffered from neck pain prior to getting this pillow. Now my neck pain is completely gone, and I’m sleeping much better and not waking up with stiffness. Highly recommend!

Perfect pillow

This is a perfect pillow. Both sides are comfortable and I sleep much better now. After years and years of searching for a perfect pillow I finally found it in the Symphony pillow. I sleep on both my side and back and this pillow works for both sleep positions. Not too firm and not too soft. Just perfect for me.

Too Flat - No Relief

When I opened the package, I was surprised the pillow was so flat. I thought it needed 24-48hrs to plump up, but no, it remained flat. It is not a comfortable pillow. As soon as I lay on the pillow, my head goes down to the mattress. There’s no support. I wish I could return these. The quality and support from this pillow are not inline with the cost of the pillow. I will not buy another Tempurpedic pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since my pillow arrived we have been inseparable. The pillow provides me with a good night’s sleep every night. The pillow helps support me when I’m reading. I travel with my pillow when possible.

Amazing pillow

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, and this one honestly surprised me. The dual-sided design is perfect because I can choose the flatter side when sleeping on my back and the more contoured side when I’m on my side. The TEMPUR material really holds its shape and gives consistent neck support throughout the night without feeling too firm or too soft.
Since switching to this pillow, I wake up with noticeably less neck stiffness and better overall comfort. It feels premium and well made, and you can tell it’s designed for proper alignment. Definitely worth the investment if you want real support instead of a pillow that goes flat after a few months.

Quality diminished

I have been using this make/model pillow for over 25 yrs. I purchased a new one a few months back. I knew it wasn't the same when I picked the package up. It's lighter in weight than my original pillow from years ago. The firmness is diminished (likely due to its lightweight). My neck pain is worse with this pillow, to the extent that I switched back to my original pillow that's worn out but still better on my neck. If you're going to cheap up a product, you should charge less. Those who haven't purchased/used this product as long as I have, wouldn't know it's not the same.
