The older Symphony Pillow was made with denser/heavier foam so provided better neck support. It also came in the king size which is what I wanted again but they only make it in a very small, almost child size pillow now. I wish they would make it with the older memory foam in a king size again! Also, they do not let you return the product if it doesn't meet expectations or is uncomfortable. That's an expensive mistake to make and I won't be buying any more pillows from Tempurpedic unless they change their return policy. Other pillow companies allow a trial period and then a return if it doesn't work for you. I am stuck with a pillow I really don't like.

I've been searching for a pillow that supports my neck and doesn't leave me waking up with a headache and this is it! I feel like I'm resting my head on a cloud. My neck isn't bent at an awkward angle and I'm not having to fluff it every night. It's supportive, comfortable and high quality. I'm so happy I made this purchase!

I think the pillow has too little "give" to it for me. Used it once, slept on my stomach, woke up with a sore neck, and have not used it again. I have an old Tempur-pedic pillow of a different type that I love, so I have gone back to that. Disappointing.

I was replacing my symphony pillow, that was several years old. This is not a replacement it is a poor imitation. The pillow is mushy and not as supportive as the original symphony pillow.

I was in a car wreck many years ago and this pillow is the best I've found for my neck. I love how the two sides are different. That way, I have more options. My last Tempurpedic pillow lasted five years which makes it a good value for the price.

This pillow has caused me such horrible neck and shoulder pain.. i literally had to switch back to my previous pillow. I gave the pillow plenty of time and chance.. thought it was another reason for my neck and shoulder pain but it really is coming from the pillow. Don't get me wrong, it's a great pillow! It's nice and firm, however it is not the right pillow for me. I can't wait to see my chiropractor for these pains.
