It used to be more harder and need some time to get used to it. But the newer version of this pillow fits on me perfectly without any adapting time. I believe this pillow is easy for anyone to comply with.

I decided to check Tempur-Pedic out I think I saw an ad for a sale. So I went with this pillow and man has it been a game changer. Perfectly cradles my head when I sleep on my side or on my back when I roll over in the middle of my sleep. I bought one for my fiancee as well and she loves her pillow too

Not the same as before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one of the older symphony pillows and have loved it. It was way past time to replace it so I ordered a new one. The new pillow is maybe about 2/3 the size of my old pillow. My old pillow is cream in color this one is white. It took a while for the horrible smell to go away. As for the comfort of the pillow it is okay but definitley not the quality of my old symphony. If you didn't have the previous version you might be satisfied with it. As for me I am a firm believer in if it's not broke don't fix it. I am not sure when they decided to change the symphony pillow but you really should go back to the old style.

Not the right pillow for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't mind the firmness of this pillow, and I really liked that you could use both sides depending on how you primarily sleep. However I sleep on my side basically all the time, and I found that this pillow was too low for that. I would wake up every morning with pain in my neck on the side I sleep on. When I stopped using the pillow, my pain went away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to help with my neck pain and since I've started using this pillow it's gone away. At first I was skeptical but it's pulled through. It's a great pillow but it does have a weakness. When you lay down it flattens a bit more than what you would want but it does offer the support needed. The pricing will always feel a bit high but the product is really helpful.
