I tend to keep it on the flatter side up no matter what position I'm sleeping and it's very comfortable no matter what. I don't think I'll ever go back to owning another pillow brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bulging c4 and c5 disk and it's become impossible for me to relax my shoulders. Ordered this pillow because I thought it would provide the support I needed as a side sleeper for my neck. Sadly that has not been the case. I don't dislike the pillow, it's just not the pillow for me. I ordered two different ones. If those don't work I'll be returning all of the pillows. On a search until I find the right one for my needs.

It does not go flat but yet for someone like myself who needs a low profile pillow, it is the perfect height. Glad I spent the money on a better pillow. We bought the first pillow over 2 years ago and it is still in great shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had purchased the Tempur Cloud Pro Pillow - Pro Mid, which was too high for my neck (I am 6'0 185lbs). After contacting Tempur-Pedic, I was informed of the dimensions of the pillow as it relates to the distance between your neck and tip of your shoulder. With this new information I opt'd for the symphony pillow which has been really good. I initially purchased the original neck pillow and still own it, but I enjoy have both the Symphony Pillow and neck Pillow.
