[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Tempur-Symphony pillow when my older one finally needed to be replaced. I looked at local stores and decided to buy directly from Tempur-Pedic. It was the best decision I could have made as the neck and shoulder pains were eliminated. I sleep so much better and my sleep is more restful.

I chose this pillow after reading so many reviews both here and on other websites. It was a bit of an investment for me, I don't normally spend so much on a pillow, but I needed something to support my neck since I started getting neck and shoulder pain as my old pillow (another memory foam brand) wore out. This pillow is so soft that it might as well not be memory foam. It offers very little support unless I'm in the exact right position, and even then it slowly sinks throughout the night until my neck is no longer in alignment. I can make it work okay, but for the price I shouldn't be having to make a pillow work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Helped my neck pain SO MUCH
