I have purchased the symphony pillow >5 years ago and have recently purchased more. The difference that I definitely notice is the newer pillows are a lot lighter than the one I own now and still use from before. The newer pillow is also not as firm. I notice that my head sinks faster into the pillow than it did before. I would say the symphony pillow is still a great shape for a pillow for side and back sleepers and sleeping on softer, lighter, feather pillows dont give me the support I need. If you are looking for a more affordable pillow that you can use for years and need extra support as a back and side sleeper, this is a great pillow to try. It does smell when you receive it like all foam products, but after about a day or so, it goes away.

Unfortunately, this pillow did not make me feel comfortable at all. I had neck pains everyday from it. I gave it a try for one week thinking that my neck pains will still go away but no. Everytime I give it a try again, still it hurts. I wish I can get a refund. I took a risk and trusted ALL of these POSITIVE spot on reviews but I am not satisfied at all! The pillow is high! Perhaps if it got flattened a bit, it could support my neck. Now, the pillow is useless and I never use it. Such a waste and a shame. Hopefully other reviewers feel the same way as me and this review will stay on and not get deleted.
