I really hoped this mattress would help with the shoulder pressure points, but after 6 weeks, I still wake up with shoulder and neck stiffness. Since I ordered online, I will be charged shipping to exchange for something different. Pretty expensive to just give it a try...

It has worked out, though I was initially concerned with whether or not it would expand completely once the beast was released. I was also not impressed with a few areas of light staining on the mattress cover. I will assume this has to do with a factory handling issue and not a returned mattress. It took a week or so to adjust to the mattress and overall I would purchase another one. As a matter of fact I will be purchasing one for our motorhome in the near future. Sincerely, Brenda

Too much Hype

Wished I returned it and upgraded to the hybrid. I am 230lbs and wake up with lower back pain. (never did before) I believe I am not getting the support I need from this mattress and tempur-pedic has a short trial period that its not free to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like it's way too firm but once you've used it for a couple of nights your back is much happier. Sitting on the edge is much different from a regular inner spring mattress but not a big problem just different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, this mattress is nothing like my old tempurpefic cloud. We have never had the adjustable frame before and purchased it this time. This mattress is way more thin than our old one. With our old cloud I could never feel my husband move or flip, with this one I can feel every move he makes. Also when sitting on the edge the sides of the mattress sink almost to the frame. We're both side sleeper so this becomes a problem because we feel like we're both going to fall off the bed when we're closer to the edge. We loved our old Tempur-pedic it was so thick, and you couldn't feel anything on it. We do like the adjustable base at times, but I'd much rather have our old mattress back.
