Misleading advertising

After spending over $2000, and having spent the day waiting for my mattress to arrive, I learned that my mattress does not come with White Glove delivery and it was dropped off on my doorstep today in a bag! Website and my confirmation email BOLDLY states White Glove delivery and old mattress removal. There is a very small block that says free quick delivery. Misleading, frustrating and infuriating when you expect something so large and heavy to be handled for you. Beware of the alluring details.

Be Aware - Bad experience with On Line Purchase Tempur-Pedic

Purchased a new Cloud full size mattress directly on line with the company. This mattress has an obvious defect, in one side you sit and sinks dangerously low, our daughther has to move to the center afraid to fall. The other size of the mattress is medium firm as it's suppose to be. We are Tempur-Pedic mattresses users, and very familiar with the Cloud mattress. When I called to request an exchange for defect reasons, the agent said, you are under the 90 days, therefore pay $175 shipping fee and we will send a new one. If is DEFECTIVE item a reputable company should absorb that cost I offered that the company should send a representative to verify if it's a trust issue that is truly damaged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
