It took a lot of convincing for us to pull the trigger on buying a new mattress and we are so happy that we did. My girlfriend and I have had a lot of neck, back, and shoulder pain but it has completely gone away since switching to the tempur-cloud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the cloud mattress to replace my beloved 11 year old tempurpedic that I never wanted to retire. I'm very glad I did. I sleep really well. It's not too firm, but I like a firmer kind of mattress and this is definitely what I was looking for. It came in a package that I was able to set up myself. I am 5'3, 125lbs and I was able to carry it up the stairs, open it very easily and I didn't sleep on it while it formed up for 24hours. This makes all the difference in the world. Packaging from tempurpedic was excellent and made this possible :) You cannot sleep on it until it's had time to breathe!! I also purchased two half queen box springs which came just about the same time as my mattress did. I will always sleep on a tempurpedic and highly recommend this mattress for anyone who wants the luxury sleep they deserve, on a comfortable mattress.

I would have been better off getting a softer mattress that had a little more give. The mattress is still very nice but I ended up getting a mattress topper to go on top to make it more comfortable for me. Otherwise a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older tempur-pedic 14" deluxe mattress purchased in 2008 with the Tempur-Cloud Medium. Have only slept on the queen mattress for two weeks (April 2022) but feel the difference in support and reduced back soreness upon awakening. Happy that I stayed with the Tempur-pedic brand. Purchase process was easy and mattress received in the time period specified. I did not unpack the mattress for about 3 weeks and let the mattress sit for about 14 hours before use, did not notice any odors. Did not rate a five as I've only slept on the mattress for two weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Tempur-Cloud Mattress about 2 months ago (queen) for about $1500. It's our fist Tempurpedic matters we have ever bought. The quality of the mattress is ok. Being a tempurpedic I guess I expected more. I personally think the mattress is to soft and sinks in a tad to much. I'm 180 pounds and have had other mattress's that have not done that in the past. I wouldn't recommend it for a couple maybe a single person. When you sit on the edges of the mattress it almost feels like it's folding. Sound wise it works really well. Can't really feel when my wife gets up or moves around so that's good. Tempurpedic also included a complementary mattress pick up for the old one but the contractor they hired was terrible. They rescheduled my appointment about 7-8 times with in 2 weeks so I ended up getting rid of the old mattress my self. The contractor's name was Loadup. Overall the quality of the mattress is ok, probably wouldn't recommend buying this specific one but that's just my opinion. Hope this helps
