This particular mattress is not much better than sleeping on the floor. Do not order a pillow they are non-returnable, feels like a factory second.

The second was too flimsy for the price. I ended up buying a cheap one and was sore every day. Finally I caved and bought this one and I was immediately not sore from the first day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of the individual coils, my hips and shoulders no longer ache. It is a cooler mattress than the Purple mattress. It is a better mattress for less money, and the warranty is better. The Chat sales people are remarkably informed and patient. I had a lot of questions. Each one was addressed thoroughly. It arrived in record time, and like all hybrid mattresses, it is easy to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second TempurPedic mattress as the previous finally wracked up more than it's worth in chiropractic therapy bills. Right out of the tightly wrapped role, this mattress was a pretty good nights sleep. Full tempurpedic mattresses like my previous took a week or more to "open up" and also took a lot of walking on to get out hard spots. This hybrid mattress was ready to go! Consecutive nights improved both my sleep and my back/neck issues. I am a side sleeper and also weight 230lbs. This supports where in should and gives nicely for my shoulder and hip too. Back pain gone! Shoulders are happy again too. This can be 5 stars if I can update after a year or two. True test is long term, list like a car.
