[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy a mattress online. The mattress was easy to unwrap and put on the bed. The ease of handling it was surprising. I got my delivery early in the day which aloud me to sleep on it that night. I opened my bedroom window and set up fans to blow on the mattress for a few hours. I did not notice any fumes when I went to bed. My mattress has slept great from the first night. Would definitely recommend buying one for anyone looking for a great night's sleep.

Fantastic Bed and just what we needed for our disabled son

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a disabled son who has Down Syndrome and he developed pneumonia and spent 4 days in the hospital and went thru many many tests. He has always had a bit of a swallowing issue and a issue with chewing food, choking is a big concern. Anyway come to find out he has dysphagia, some heart issues and sleep apnea. He refuses to wear a cpap and we were trying to think what can we do to help. Well we looked at Tempurpedic and I told my wife the Hybrid Queen with the new Ergo Base that monitors his sleep would probably help ease our minds at night and protect him. Yes it is expensive and I am 63 years old retired living on a pension and my wife is retired due to disability, she fell 8 years ago and had a brain bleed and is now on total disability. We decided we have to try it and get this bed and base to protect our boy. Well the Tempur-Ergo Extend Smart Base has been a godsend, When he starts snoring at night which precipitates sleep apnea the bed senses it and raises the head, it keeps track of when it does it, monitors his respirations and heart beats and his sleep cycles. The phone application is great we can see every morning how he slept the night before and every night about 1 hour into his sleep cycle the bed senses a problem and raises his head. Greatest Bed ever and we are so thankful to Tempurpedic for developing this, it is wonderful. We now have a piece of mind when going to bed knowing it is monitoring our son and will even send an alarm if warranted. I can't say enough good things about it. Thank you Tempurpedic. This is our second Tempurpedic actually we bought our first about 6 years ago for me and my wife it is on the ergo bed also but not all the sleep monitor beds and whistles. However our bed is a bit too firm and I wish we had gotten one a little softer. The only thing my sons new bed doesn't have that ours has is the protective cover that just unzips and you can throw it in the washer to clean. I so wish we had that. But in closing I can't give this bed enough stars how it has changed our life, protected my son and allowed us to relax a little bit at night. Once again thank you Tempurpedic the money spent even thou we have a retired limited budget was well worth it. Wish we could have afforded some of the other accessories pillows, lumbar supports and such to go with it but could not, just not in our budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have countless herniated discs in my spine and laying down comfortably can be a challenge, but not with the Temper-Cloud. I now get a full night's sleep with very little tossing and turning because I don't have to keep making myself more comfortable since I remain comfortable all night. This bed is a true game changer. Also, I no longer wake up when my partner gets up to go to the bathroom because I can't feel any disturbance to the mattress from his side. 10/10 would recommend to everyone, especially those with spinal issues.
