Our main bedroom is a king sized Tempur-Adapt, medium and the guestroom is a Tempur-Adapt soft. We recently purchased the Cloud for a 2nd home and the limited nights we've spent sleeping there don't compare to either other mattress. Normally I wouldn't go as far as to write a review, but after having heating issues in the second home I got into bed (which is layered with a down comforter, multiple blankets and loads of pillows) -- and the mattress was frozen. Legitimately frozen. After trying to position my body in a way that I personally could heat it up and realizing, I couldn't, I broke out the hairdryer to "thaw" it out. It took over 30 minutes of blowdrying and me lying on the bed to get it to a place where it didn't feel like a cold brick. So, if you're between the Cloud and the Adapt, if you can splurge and go for the higher price point - it's absolutely worth it. Across everyday normal use and perhaps, a tough winter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
