I recently had a neck fusion and I can tell you this mattress surpasses anything I have ever slept on to date. I'm 41 years old, a registered nurse and only recently have I been able to appreciate a good nights rest. Perfect support, I am 5'9" 130 pounds, and my spouse is 6' 210 pounds. The weight distribution is great. I wake up free of any back or neck pain. I also highly recommend the cooling pillows.

Had some buyer remorse after making the purchase but after a few nights of sleep that all passed. Had to by a protective cover blanket for it because my dog likes it as much as I do, find him sacked out on it often during daytime hours.
