[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous hybrid mattress was a bit too firm, so my fiance and I decided to take the memory foam plunge. The TEMPUR-Cloud has been fantastic! We've had it for a couple of months now, and we've both had consistently more comfortable, uninterrupted sleep. It did take me about 2-3 nights to get used to it, having never slept on a foam mattress before. It also softened up after a couple of weeks, which has been great for us side-sleepers. I am curious to see how it holds up over time, I'm a little worried we'll end up with permanent divots where we sleep the most often. Thus far, though, A+ purchase and I'm very happy with my mattress

When I lay down in other mattresses I can only stand to be in bed for a few hours and still would wake up stiff and sore.... Not with tempur-pedic. My sleep is better than it has been in years. And when I wake up for work it is so comfortable I hear a little voice in my head telling me to stay home and stay in bed! I will never buy a different mattress. Worth every penny!

We eventually chose Tempur-Cloud because it is within the budget range we want to spend on a mattress. Its been over a month since our purchase and below are the pros & cons of this product from our experience. Pros: - Comfortable & Real Rest. Did not woke up tired - Memory foam contours to body shape, good for both back & side sleeper - Lightweight when compared to my previous foam mattress - Quiet, if one person woke up at night, it wouldn't wake the other person Not exactly Cons: - Pricier than competitors (Depends on budget & how to evaluate a mattress. Compared to other mattresses, it's like a dollar or 2 more each day for a better night of sleep, I think it's worth it) - Obviously not as good as the better models, you get what you pay for.

Crazy how it was able to fit in such small packaging. Best, most comfortable bed I've ever owned. Will never buy another bed again other than Tempur-pedic. As a former D1 athlete as well as current production designer, I have strained my back countless times to the point where I fractured my L3 and L4 in my lower spine. Until this beautiful cloud came into my life, I had horrible sleep and would wake up with crippling pain. I feel this product has mended me for continued health promoting longevity in my life.

Purchased this mattress after watching several reviews on it but ended up being very disappointed with it. The mattress is extremely hard and feels like sleeping on stacked cardboard. The "medium" is actually FIRM. Our previous mattress was a queen pro adapt medium temper-pedic so we aren't new to this brand of mattress. We wanted to upgrade to a king while still trying to save money - saw that it was considered a "medium" but it's absolutely not the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
