My husband likes it, but I miss our old spring mattress. He weighs 260 and I'm half that. His body creates a depression in the mattress and when I sleep it's like sleeping on the side of a hill. So 3 stars to average our ratings.

I thought we had a nice mattress before, but this bed has definitely changed our life. We are able to sleep so much better. It is SO comfortable, but also has bit of firmness which is perfect. So glad we decided to purchase it!

I honestly didn't like the mattress initially but my husband loved it so I agreed to give it 30 days. After 1 week, I was convinced that this is the best mattress I've ever slept on! It does take a little while to get used to if you've always had a traditional mattress but I'm so glad I gave it a chance; I'm getting a great night's sleep & my back isn't hurting every morning anymore!

We had a Tempur-Pedic mattress before and decided to tried another mattress brand with our new furniture. Not a good idea! So we replaced the mattress with a Tempur-Pedic, and it was like blissfully coming home. We wake up feeling refreshed and no aches. Customer service was excellent. The mattress comfort and quality can't be beat. Highly recommend!

At first when we got this mattress we were unsure as it seemed way to soft. We thought for sure we were going to send it back but decided maybe it just needed more time to fully expand since it comes very tightly rolled up. After about a months time it stiffened up a bit and it's just as the description dates it is. I get the best sleep I have ever had and I wake up with absolutely no back pain like I had before with our old mattress. I would recommend this mattress to anyone it is well worth the money!

I had been experiencing a lot of back and hip pain from an old mattress. I was waking up multiple times a night in absolute agony. A few friends recommended the Cloud to me. It was shipped through UPS and came within a week. It "inflated" very fast- not like some of those other memory foam mattresses that take two days to fully form. This was totally and perfectly formed within 30 seconds. Sitting on it for the first time was an instant relief. You kind of sink into it until it's just right. The majority of my back and hip pain was gone within a few days. As far as critiques go, the mattress is on the firmer side of medium. I think eventually this mattress will go on the guest bed and I'll bump up to the next tempurpedic mattress. However, what you get for the price is excellent and I recommend it!

I really did not think my cal king mattress was in that small bag. But when I opened it it was like watching a rose blossoming right before your eyes. It is the most restful sleep I have had in years. I did not wake up with numb legs or arms. I love my mattress and I think of reasons to lay in it.
