I purchased the Tempur-Cloud due to the easy shipping and brand reputation. My spine is aligned and I no longer wake up with any pain, joint cracking or stiffness. I only gave it 4 stars because of the off gassing odor that lasted for weeks despite letting the mattress air out for 2 days prior to placing it on the bed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Way too conforming. Difficult to get out of bed, impossible to turn over if you have knee/hip issues. Downright painful. Too late to do a refund (we really wanted this to work). Would not recommend to anybody.

It doesn't feel like it conforms to my body as much as the advertisements seem to show. I selected Medium because I thought it would allow my pressure points to be more comfortable than my previous Firm mattress allowed. Some improvement noticed but not really as much I was hoping for. Sorta sad about that.
