Sleeps way too soft and hot

Way softer than my old tempurpedic mattress. Sleeps much hotter and is so soft it provides little support. Find myself waking up multiple times a night. Tried to return but was 2 days passed the return window. My fault. Thought it was 100 day return policy like most other online mattress companies.

My wife and I finally pulled the trigger and purchased our Tempur-Pedic and I can tell you.. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! Don't settle for anything else! They are the best most comfortable mattresses ever!!

We purchased our Cloud mattress in 2010 and I still love it so much! I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a good night's sleep! My husband and I used to toss and turn to get comfortable. Arm numbness was a huge issue as well. All of those problems disappeared after we bought the Tempurpedic mattress.

After two months, we decided to return our Cloud mattress. We believe that in order to get this mattress "in a box", compromises were made. We felt that the thinner top layer of the mattress was more firm and the underlying layer of foam was more soft and we did not find this to be satisfactory after having slept on an "Original" Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 12 years. We exchanged the Cloud for an Adapt mattress and we are extremely satisfied.

Should not be named the Cloud

Like others we bought a Cloud almost 12 years ago and love it. Nothing is wrong with it at all. We wanted to move to a Cal-King size bed so we bought another Cloud thinking it was a no-brainer and we were terribly wrong. I should have known something was wrong when it came in the mail, our original cloud is a beast to move and it would never roll up like this one does. It is a completely different mattress but for some reason they named it which is misleading to those of us who have had a cloud and loved it. This is thin and just not as supportive or comfortable as the original cloud. It should be named something else at a minimum because now we get to pay return shipping of $175 to exchange it for what they say it most like the original cloud...the Adapt (yes we pay the difference in the mattress cost) however this could all be avoided by them not calling this mattress a cloud because it sure does not feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.
