Not for side sleepers

This bed is too firm for me. I am a 6' 1" 235 lbs side sleeper and I just couldn't get comfortable. I gave it a 2 month trial run but it never got much better. Fortunately, I was able to exchange it for a mattress that is more comfortable for me.

Became too soft

I have slept on this mattress since august. At first I loved it but the mattress eventually softened to the point where it isn't providing me adequate support. I have trouble sleeping and wake up with shoulder pain.

I have had a tempur-pedic cloud for almost 10 years and I LOVE IT! I have a serious back injury and it saved me! HOWEVER the new tempur-pedic is hard As a rock. It has about ha actual "Tempur" material layer is about half the size my original cloud model. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had been suffering from low back pain and although when I first lay down on it I didn't say oh it's so comfortable but it turned out to be very comfortable. I found myself sleeping so much better and my back pain is gone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new cloud mattress! We bought it to replace our 10 year old cloud luxe mattress. The new cloud is more firm than I expected at first, but eventually contours to my specific needs as I continue to lay on it. I was surprised that the mattress came to my door in a box and unfolded right before my eyes into the quality mattress I expect from Tempurpedic! I do not love that the mattress is slippery on the bottom and easily slides around on the base. Overall, this is a wonderful mattress for anyone looking for a mattress with firm support and the ability to contour to your body.

I use to suffer shoulder and hip pain at night. Due to me being a side sleeper. It feels like you are sleeping on a spongy pillow. Just be patient for the break in period a couple days to a week. Your mattress will be a little firm at first. If you get inpatient walk on it and be careful. You are going to really enjoy it!!!
