I purchased two twin clouds for our guest room because we bought a condominium in San Francisco and getting anything up to the 16th floor is quite a chore. The cloud comes in a box or bag and does not require the drama of movers. It's compact and you can move it yourself once it is delivered through the mail. This is a big deal when you live in a high rise in a city. Just open it up out of the wrap- it inflates! This mattress is awesome! My main mattress is a Pro-Adapt Hybrid and I LOVE it! The cloud is easier to get in a condo and .... Wow! Really super comfortable! It's much more firm but your body actually melts into it with great support and comfort. My sister and her friend came and stayed and both love soft beds. They slept like babies. They loved the mattress. It's a great value and a wonderful mattress. Also nice - it's 10 inches in height. Fits a low profile frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed had a slight smell when you first unwrap it. But it goes away in a couple days. The bed is soooo comfortable. Had a few of my friends tried sleeping on it and they all agree, best sleep they've had. Only downside is that it creates so much dust bunnies! I don't have carpet so I can literally see dust bunnies slowly accumulate right after vacuuming! Does your mattress do this?

Not "medium" firmness

Honestly, I regret buying this. It is not "medium" firmness at all. It's definitely a harder mattress. I'm a side sleeper and since sleeping on the cloud, my lower back has started to pulse in pain and my shoulder goes numb. I'm not particularly large (5'4" and about 130lbs) and I'm not really "sinking" into the mattress. I just toss and turn looking for a good sleeping position.

I'm not sure why it's called Tempur-Cloud because this mattress is *extremely* firm. I sleep great for the first 3 or 4 hours and then wake up in a lot of pain from how hard it is and have to move to the couch for the rest of the night. I was hoping it would loosen up after a while but it has been a month and it's still very hard. I like the bed otherwise so I'm currently debating between trying a topper on it and returning it, but so far I have yet to make it through a whole night on it.

We needed a thinner mattress for our sailboat, and that would be easy to have shipped to us. This mattress fit the bill, and is just as good as the classic one we have in our home! As a side-sleeper, this mattress is easy on the hips and shoulders! Your curves sink where they need to, keeping my spine nicely aligned. My husband loves the mattress as well. He is a back sleeper/side sleeper and is super pleased! Just followed up with an order for a couple pillows as well. Looking forward to having this winning combination, for the optimal sleeping arrangement! P.S. The mattress will seem super stiff when you first unroll it, but do not worry. Just walk/crawl around on it, loosening it up, and by day 2 it will be super comfy! It just needs time to expand/fluff, since it was compressed for shipping.

Been buying tempur-pedic brand for years and got the cloud for my grandma. Unfortunately it was too firm even with a 3 week break-in. Ordered a sealy medium hybrid replacement. Just waiting for customer service to arrange pick-up and refund.
