Woke up to my wife complaining of body numbness and found her on the couch the next morning. The mattress is far less comfortable than our 15 year old, $400 traditional spring mattress. Thankfully the company waived the 30 day trial night requirement given the circumstances. Comfort is subjective, and sadly the mattress isn't for us, however we do appreciate the company's willingness to adjust their policy on account.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took a chance on this product. It is obviously a well-made mattress, but was way more firm than we expected. Slept on it about 45 days and decided to invoke the 90 night guarantee for the pro adapt hybrid model as I began to experience some hip and back pain. Fingers crossed this exchange will do it for us! I would still recommend this product for someone who is ok sleeping on a firm surface.
