[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable, and huge upgrade from our previous mattress. The Tempur Cloud was very easy to unpack, but definitely need 2 people to lift it. It did have a chemically smell for a while after unboxing, but that went away after about 2 weeks of using it.

Hesitated, Waited and Should Have Purchased Years Ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited. I hesitated. I researched. I tried out several Tempurpedic mattress and others. I was worried, would I like it? Was it really worth the money? A mattress is a mattress right? I finally decided and purchased a TempurCloud and have no regrets. The mattress is soft, but firm. It does not run hot, but can feel both cool and warm. I needed a few weeks to adjust and have felt better, have better sleep and less hip pain. If you are contemplating purchasing a Tempurpedic, I encourage you to do it. Additionally, after the purchase Tempurpedic emailed me to see how I liked the mattress and if I needed/ had any concerns. The customer service just adds to the positive experience.

My husband gets up earlier than me in the morning and no longer wakes me up. I have found myself tossing and turning less in the middle of the night and overall getting a better sleep. We debated buying this for months and did tons of research... I wish we would have purchased it sooner!

The mattress is very supportive no matter the sleeping position! My sleep has been consistently refreshing, and my lower back no longer bothers me while sleeping. I highly recommend this mattress to all who are in the market for one. It's a bit pricey, but beyond worth it!! Your well-being will greatly improve for many years to come (this mattress has a 10 year warranty).

I'm surprised at the comfort level provided to my 75 year old dad. He is 360 lbs and I thought he might sink right through this mattress. To my surprise he loves it. He's slept very well several nights in a row now. I think we've made a solid purchase with the Cloud.
