Our experience has been a 4 on a 1 to 10 scale. Reason is that sleeping patterns have changed due to the material softening and keep in mind it has only been a month. Would not recomend to another person, and clearly not happy with the product.

Great for Back Pain

I purchased this mattress while I was dealing with the pain of a slipped disk in my back that is hitting a nerve. My old mattress was causing pain to the pressure points on my body that hit the mattress. This mattress doesn't do that, and it is firm enough to support my back but it doesn't feel too hard. I still feel comfortable sleeping on it now that the back pain has subsided. If you're dealing with back issues I highly recommend this mattress.

Best mattress I've ever owned

Since receiving my new mattress my back pain is gone and I'm sleeping eight hours every night. It's also great because when my wife wakes up in the middle of the night I don't feel her moving the mattress at all

We selected the Tempur-Cloud for our New Luxury RV due to it's reduced height (10"). Ordered this "bed in a box" mattress with high hopes after we'd had an old, cheap mattress for years. My mom has a Tempur-pedic that my husband and I have always loved. It is advertised as a medium firmness. Fair warning - it is VERY firm when it comes in. After a month we were still stiff every morning, and I was about ready to give up and return the mattress. After 2 months we stayed out of town and we slept terribly and realized when we got home and finally slept well again, that we had adjusted to our Tempur-pedic and that we slept so much better on it than the other regular mattresses we'd been on all weekend. Took a while to adjust, but once we did we have really enjoyed the mattress.

Absolutely loving my new bed

The quality of my sleep is so great now! The bed adjusts to my body throughout the night... support is provided in ways I did not think were possible. I wake up refreshed and with no more achy joints or back pain. I even stopped drinking coffee because I no longer need it! It's just like sleeping on a cloud!

Finally got a full nights sleep and half the day. I used to move around and kick and stretch so much my boyfriend slept on the couch most night but now he says I never move in my sleep.

Delivery and setup were a breeze. Quality of materials and look are top notch. I find myself not wanting to leave the unimagined comfort and support this mattress provides. I did not think that the mattress would have such sustained support, but it hasn't let me down. The mattress does very well of dissipating heat and providing pressure relief all throughout the night, I wake up feeling more rested than ever. It truly molds to you without sacrificing support. I would have never imagined a compressed mattress with doorstep delivery could feel this good. Definitely worth the buy!
