Huge upgrade over Tuft and Needle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's cool. I sleep well. Bed is kind of hard. It hasn't adapted to my body. I dont know if its worth to pay all this money for it. The pillow should be fluffier/filler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this product after sleeping on a tempurpedic cloud at a friends house- best night sleep I ever had! It's firm enough that you don't feel like you're sinking into the bed, but soft enough that it's easy on the joints (I'm a side sleeper).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, this is definitely a quality product. Great service and shipping and all that. We got the Cloud in medium firmness. My husband weighs 100 pounds more than I do he ADORES it. I love how it cuts out movement transfer. But I am not getting that semi-soft "hug" that I had felt on a friend's Tempurpedic. I'm being good and trying to keep an open mind for 30 days. Stay tuned. I may move up to the Adapt Pro Soft.

It's a great mattress and is a little more affordable than some of the other models. This is my 2nd tempurpedic mattress (had to upgrade to a king size) and I will never have anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super firm at first, but just as Tempur-pedic stated, after 30 days it will be "broken in". It was like 30 days on the dot. Now it is extremely hard to get out of bed in the morning because my bed is sooo comfy. I love that it supports my back because I have back issues. It is NOT hot - I know a lot of people think they can get hot but they are very even temperature. It is super easy to set up. It showed up on my doorstep in a heavy duty canvas bag. You just lay it out on your bed and cut the plastic. So easy!! Have patience with how stiff and firm it is in those first 30 days because it will definitely be worth it.
