The quality, customer service and shipping are all exceptional! However; the mattress is more of a firm than a medium feel mattress. We slept on it for 40-45 nights. Had the kids play/jump/run on it, to soften it up quicker. Still very firm! It has given in some but not enough for my comfort. We are exchanging for a tempur adapt medium hybrid. The exchange process has been wonderful! Just waiting on our new mattress

I love my new mattress and I'm very pleased with my purchase, but It was a huge change from my previous mattress, which I would have categorized as soft. The Cloud is described as a medium feel, but would disagree. This mattress is more firm than medium and has certainly been an adjustment. Overall, I am very satisfied and do not see this being my last tempurpedic.

I am kinda of disappointed. I was hoping that it would be firmer but it is super soft to me. I was also hoping for something much thicker, rather thin but for the price it is okay.

I am a disabled veteran, my lower back was severely damaged in 3 places and my neck has a deformed bone structure, which at times is very painful. The first week of using my Tempur-Cloud mattress, was successfully amazing to my comfort, I do require a firm mattress, the configuration of the top section in this mattress gives me excellent support, just where I need it. To finish up, my sleep level has went from a 35% to a 85%, which is saying a lot, with my condition. Thank You Tempur-Pedic
