Would not use this service again.

We bought the original Tempur-pedic about 20 years ago when there was only one model. Well worth the investment! We still have it, and renewed it with a Tempur Topper. We needed another mattress and decided to try something less expensive. Don't make the same mistake. Nine (9) mattress trials later, we came back to Tempur-pedic. Bought the Cloud Medium and put a Tempur Topper on it and I love it. The topper makes it sleep a little hot sometimes but it's cushy yet supportive enough that I can sleep without waking up with pain in my joints and hotspots in my hips.
