Our aging bodies were happiest on our previous bed - a Temperpedic and that's what we bought and are very happy with our choice. The only negative was that after delivery and set-up, the mattress needed a week to off-gas before we could sleep on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a month to get a mattress. First one was lost or never sent, but nobody could tell me what or why. Poor follow up, terrible communication within the departments, and an all around horrid experience. Spend this kind of money on a mattress I expect far greater service. Only giving a two star because the mattress is comfortable and I sleep well on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress to replace my older Temper-pedic mattress that I really liked but after ten years it needed retiring. That mattress was no longer made so I bought the Cloud mattress which was only available in medium (soft) not firm. I contacted Temper-pedic to see what we could do about my dissatisfaction with the Cloud - their response was just to quote their website back at me which I had already read. After a few e-mails to no avail I am left entirely unhappy with my purchase. I would not recommend the Cloud mattress if a firm mattress is desired. I would not recommend buying directly from Tempur-pedic's website as I did as they have demonstrated to me that they are not committed to resolving customer purchase dissatisfaction complaints. The Tempur-pedics website says they are willing to handle a dissatisfied customer purchase, however, my experience clearly shows that is not the case. This is how they treat a long time and until now very satisfied customer. My advice is check out the competition and not to trust this company if you choose to buy from them at this time.
