[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tempur-pedic mattress because I moved from an rv to a house. My daughter had one, I had slept on it and was very comfortable. Usually during the night, my left toes and lower leg tingle and sometimes go to sleep due to my sciatic nerve being pinched by a collapsed disc in my lower back. When I started sleeping on my own tempur-pedic, these tinglings stopped! I now sleep through the night without pain or any reaction to that collapsed disc.

It's affordable compared to the rest of the mattresses Tempur-Pedic has to offer without compensating on quality! Excellent and will recommend over and over again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a chance on the first one (Queen classic) due to generous trial period as not available in stores at that time. Within a month we were sleeping better than ever, and without joint pain. Firm feel yet soft. Any scent (off gassing) dissipated quickly (within days). It remained comfortable for 15 years! This year we tried a competitor due to price difference. Bad decision! Despite positive reviews, totally different comfort level and the smell was still very noticeable after weeks. Sent it back and ordered a Queen Cloud. Back to sleeping great without any joint issues or scent. Learned our lesson! We are fans for life!

Firm mattress and poor customer service

We ordered the Cloud after visiting multiple stores in hopes of trying the mattress before purchasing. The Cloud is not carried in stores. The mattress started out very firm and after 90 days is still firm and we do not sink in it like our prior Prima Flex hybrid Tempur mattress. You lay on this mattress. I would NOT recommend ordering through their online site. It took them over a week to get back to us to discuss return or exchange after three calls to their customer service and being told different things each time. I would recommend buying through a store and avoiding the unhelpful customer service through their online site. Very disappointed with Tempurpedic customer service and I will never order through online again or recommend them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I chose the cloud because I was told it was the closest in comparison to the original. I have not been disappointed. It is very close but even better. Right out of the box it was extremely stiff, but with some manipulation using my grand kids and a pillow fight on top of the mattress it seems better. It's very comfortable once it gets warmed up. Great support for an old aching body. And the adjustable base makes it an incredibly comfortable place to watch a movie.
