[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a surprise it was to receive it. At first, I thought there was something wrong with it. It all fitted in the suck. But when we opened it, there was our queen size mattress. It is nice, comfortable, good for our old backs and exactly the firmness we wanted. This was purchased for our bed in our condo in Florida. When we get back home to Canada, we will be looking for the same one for our queen size bed there. It is high time we get a decent mattress there too. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our mattress about a month ago. I sink down in it a little and it confirms to my body. I sleep well. My wife on the other hand is lighter than I am and unfortunately it's not much give for her. It does not budge for her. She has been sore and not sleeping well from day one. Recently she gave up and hit the couch. So great for one partner not for the other. It obviously has to be good for both so it will have to go back. So I would recommend with caution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally I have the right mattress. After being disappointed in several cheaper memory foam mattresses, I ordered the temperpedic. It has held up and been far more comfortable than any other. I have a bad back and can definitely feel the difference. My only gripe is that they would not let me switch out my base. I ordered the 5" platform which turned out to be too low and they would not exchange it.

We went into the Burlingame store and Sophia helped us. She was fabulous. Super knowledgeable about all of the beds, patient and supportive. Definitely go in to try them out and be sure and ask for Sophia. You can schedule an appt with her online. You will love your bed and with Sophia's help get the right one for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a CA King mattress back in 2003, we had saved up for six months to get it. I could not convince my wife to replace it because of her love for it. To be honest, except for time there was no need to replace it. This mattress does not measure up because I sink in too much which actually causes part of my legs to fall asleep. I'm going to stick with it, though because maybe......you know, I will get used to it. What I am most disappointed about is that it is actually smaller than our old mattress so my wife accidentally hurt herself reaching for it the first night.
