But I'm so happy I did ... and on good Friday I got a great deal. My queen size Tempur-Cloud arrived much earlier than I expected. As an older woman, I was worried about installation, but I cut through the wrapping, placed it on my box springs and watched it expand for a few days to it's fullest. I love sleeping on it, no more sore elbows, sore hips, and no more tossing and turning.

I bought this mattress, not realizing the quality difference from my ProAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress I purchased a few years ago. First, the Cloud mattress comes in a bag. Over a week after taking it out of the bag, it is still not level. There is a SIGNIFICANT dip in the bed. Secondly, the bed is hard as a rock. Fortunately TempurPedic has allowed me to exchange the mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

was great for the 1st couple years after that it started to sag to the middle of the bed and has gotten to the point it hurts to sleep on it. the older mattresses had a 20yr warranty these are 1/2 and mine went to crap after about 4 1/2 to 5 years now the warranty is such a big pain in the --- just going to buy something different

My husband has sciatic pain and with this mattress, he doesn't wake up with it anymore! Another plus is we cannot feel each others movement..which use to wake us up at night.
