So comfy! My partner and I LOVE our cloud. We are both athletic people in our 30s and have suffered from pinched nerves, sciatica, general back and neck pain in the past and this is the first mattress we've owned that has really improved our quality of sleep, and even quality of life! It is the perfect amount of firm and soft although it is definitely on the firmer side. I was skeptical at first because it didn't feel super comfy to me when we first got it. I am a side sleeper and I weigh 100 lbs.. But after two nights I had adjusted and melted right in and I'll never own another brand of mattress! My partner loved it immediately. He is a back sleeper and weighs 165. I also want to add how quickly I received this mattress. It took 4 days from the day I ordered it, which was a Saturday! I called customer service to see how long it would take because I know Covid is effecting things, and I talked to the sweetest woman who looked into when my order would be delivered. She was so happy to help and so friendly. Just amazing service overall from this company.

I've had the bed for almost 2 months and am glad I purchased it. It's comfortable and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. In fact, my back didn't hurt at all-usually with a new bed, my back hurts for a few weeks while I get used to it. Not this mattress! No pain the first night and I slept the full night which I hadn't done in a while.

I have had a big expectation when we ordered this mattress, but I am having lower back pain since I started to use it. I wish I could write a positive feedback, but this is not a comfortable mattress for me.

the first couple weeks were not great. Too firm for me and the hubs- and he wanted a firm mattress. We added a mattress topper and that made all the difference. We love it now. The firmness is perfect when coupled with the topper. I sleep like a baby now.
