I took advantage of the other company's return policy and arranged to send them back. I then ordered the Tempur-Cloud split king. We are sleeping so much better. Tempur-Pedic for the win!

The packaging protected well and was easy to move. Unwrapping and positioning the mattress was also simple. We enjoyed our last Tempur-Pedic for over a decade and are now enjoying our new (even cooler) Tempur-Pedic!

We absolutely LOVED our original Cloud Tempurpedic (Queen size in 2010). We have 2 toddlers now so we decided to upgrade to a King size Cloud. I don't know what the difference is, but we hate it. We've had it for almost a year now (so, it's defintely 'broken in') but something is just different. It's not as "huggable", "acceptable" as our queen size. We actually gave the queen size Cloud to our 3 year old, and now we fight over who gets to go lay down and take a nap... Most of the time it's myself or my husband, not the 3 year old. LOL!! Why is the Queen not the same quality as the King? I feel like I downgraded by upgrading!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had what I thought was a very good mattress , it was actually "the best", especially for the spine problems I've dealt with. The Tempur-Pedic mattress has been amazing. I had used it now for more than 12 years. I had broke my spine in many places after being hit by a car, and therefore had the tempurpedic mattress. Recommended by my neurologist I was very happy with my mattress for years, then I realized a great product doesn't last forever and I shouldn't expect it to. I did not wanted anything other than Tempur-Pedic, so I ordered a new tempurpedic mattress as I started to develop some osteopenia in my lumbar and was getting some aching. After replacing with the new Tempurpedic mattress. Immediate results. This mattress has always kept me comfortable and pain free.
