Waited 2 weeks to receive, nice mattress but sent king instead of queen. Returning and exchanging mattress for right size has been tedious experience. No answers or response to rectify situation. Finally just had to cancel order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay you're going to have the most AMAZING experience of your life HOWEVER you will have to work for it because unpacking this mattress was a workout! But a workout that very much was worth it because this bed is like sleeping on a CLOUD! When people describe that you always think they are going on about nonsense, but this bed is gold. A 10/10 investment to better sleep for sure!

After trying what felt like every bed in the Boston area, I tried a tempurpedic bed and felt an immediate sense of relief in my back. He told all kinds of lies primarily that he had this in stock which was the first lie. I should have walked out when I caught him lying the first time.
