[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a Cloud for the past ten years. It was the best but it's hot. I tried switching to a Purple mattress. After 15 days, I couldn't do it any longer and ordered a new Cloud. It's great quality and set up was easy. It's still hot. It would be nice if the price margin was smaller for the Tempur Pedic "cool" mattress. I couldn't justify it. As I already did, I would buy this again.

I had high hopes for tempurpedic. Unfortunately this bed is way too soft. I have two herniated discs and this bed doesn't offer any support. To make it worse I have been calling for 3 weeks to try and return it and get refunded but have made no progress. They told me I would hear from them to schedule a return twice now and nothing. When you call you have to wait endlessly only for them to hang up because no one is available to help. It's seriously starting to feel like a scam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've try a couple of mail order compressed beds and Tempur's packaging was by far the easiest to move to our 2nd floor. The bed arrives in basically a duffel bag with a handle on either side. Other products are in a box and impossible for two people to handle. It was so easy to carry up the stairs for a couple 65 years of age.
