Worst customer service I've ever experienced

The mattress was bad, yes, but I've now waited 11 days after starting the return process and have not been contacted about my mattress getting picked up. I have called a dozen times and continue to be met with unsatisfactory excuses. No one returns my emails either. Save your money on this mattress but more importantly save yourself from the headache of this company.

Bought this after sleeping in an adapt hybrid hoping there would be some similarities. But there are none. This bed is just plain uncomfortable. Medium is clearly firm, Unless your definition of firm is literal concrete. I feel like they offer these cheap beds so people feel forced to upgrade to the better ones.

My only complaints were the delivery of the item (ups) and that there weren't great instructions on how to inflate the bed (how many layers of plastic to take off).

So Disappointing

My husband and I have been looking forward to the day when we could afford a tempur pedic mattress and that day finally came earlier this year when we purchased this mattress. It was great for the first couple of months but then has become increasingly uncomfortable. I am pregnant and thought maybe it was just me but we just returned from visiting a friend and I was shocked to find that after sleeping on her 8 year old mattress for a week that I woke up every morning pain free. It's been heartbreaking to come home to this new mattress and wake up after one day in excruciating pain. I dread getting in bed. Now that I feel certain it is the mattress and not me we've actually moved the different brand name 10 year old mattress back into our bedroom and have moved this new tempur pedic one out. I really can't describe how disappointed I am in this purchase - probably the worst decision I've made in a long time given how desperately I need quality sleep right now and will continue to need with a new born coming soon.
