My Tempur-Cloud mattress is just what I need. My late husband bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress about 15 years ago that was fine for him but not for me because the covering on it made it difficult for me to move around and was too hot. By contrast, this mattress allows greater freedom of movement and is cooler. Both mattresses give excellent support, but the new Tempur-Cloud suits me much better.

this is the hardest mattress that tempur-pedic makes, you might want to skip if you need softer. My husband and i woke up sore and stiff every morning after 3 weeks of sleeping on this mattress. we exchange for the Tempur adept medium and we're in heaven now.

We have wanted a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years and it has just never been in the budget. We desperately needed a new mattress and after purchasing a Sleep Number and being so dissatisfied with it that we returned it, and also trying out our daughter's Purple mattress and not loving it - we decided we to give the Tempurpedic Cloud a try. We were *certain* it was going to be perfect for us - as we do prefer a firmer mattress with support. We knew we were taking a gamble since we'd never actually laid on this mattress - but felt our hands were kind of tied since the stores were closed due to COVID. We read the reviews that said it took at least 30 days to "break in" and get used to it, and to give it time - so we were prepared to not love it immediately. But now we're 7 weeks in and still tossing/turning, have limbs that are falling asleep, and have general aches and pains that take hours to work out after waking up each morning. Unfortunately, this is just not the right mattress for us & we will likely need to return it.

The mattress was delivered in a box to my home. It was heavily wrapped in plastic so I had to be careful cutting the plastic off, to not cut the mattress itself. I have slept on it for 3 nights now and am happy with how firm it is. Quite firm and supportive of my back. I initially ordered the queen foundation but couldn't get it up my twisty staircase. The customer service rep scheduled an exchange for a split queen foundation and luckily it fit up the stairs! I was relieved and now quite pleased with the bed. For being their cheapest mattress it is quite good.
